Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on this website are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this policy in its entirety.

Custom Wig Units & Bespoke Color Services

All custom wig units are created to order and tailored to each client's selected specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom sizing and construction
  • Bespoke coloring and chemical processing
  • Bleaching, knot customization, plucking, and styling
  • Any requested alterations or enhancements

Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of these services, custom units and custom color units are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Custom Color Disclaimer

Custom color services are artistic processes that may involve chemical treatments. While we aim for precision and consistency:

  • Exact color replication cannot be guaranteed
  • Subtle variations in tone, depth, or warmth may occur
  • Color appearance may vary based on lighting, screen settings, and hair texture

These variations are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds, returns, or disputes.

Lace Wigs, Wig Units & Hair Bundles

All lace wigs, wig units, and hair bundles are considered final sale.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once hair products have been shipped, opened, worn, altered, or handled.

Processing Time

Each order requires processing time prior to shipment.

  • Custom units require extended processing due to the level of craftsmanship involved
  • Processing times provided are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Delays may occur due to order volume, customization complexity, material availability, or quality control standards. Processing delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the selected shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but is missing or stolen, the client must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Any assistance provided by MsHerHair is offered as a courtesy and does not guarantee a replacement, refund, or credit.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We kindly ask that clients contact us directly with any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation—including order confirmation, tracking details, and policy acceptance—to the payment processor.

Disputes filed in contradiction to this policy may result in account restriction or the inability to place future orders.

Client Care

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe your order contains an error, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Any resolution offered is provided at the sole discretion of MsHerHair and does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.
