You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property or consumer protection laws.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Product colors may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and monitor settings
• Hair texture, density, and length measurements may vary slightly
• Custom and bespoke units are handcrafted and may contain natural variations

Such variations are not considered defects.

Custom wig units and custom color services are created based on customer-selected specifications.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• Custom products are made to order
• Customization is irreversible
• All custom orders are final sale

MsherHair is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal preference once production has begun.

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
• Cancel orders resulting from pricing or listing errors

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and verified.

MsherHair reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Chargeback history
• Policy violations

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping and processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

MsherHair is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Weather-related delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once the order has shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

All sales are final.

MsherHair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes custom units, lace wigs, wig units, bundles, and all hair products.

By placing an order, you agree to contact MsherHair directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to:

• Contest chargebacks with supporting documentation
• Restrict or ban future purchases following disputed transactions

Fraudulent disputes may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
