Uncustomized Wig

An uncustomized wig is completely untouched and comes exactly as it arrives from our supplier.

• Want full control over the final look

How to Measure Your Head

Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your head following these steps:

1. Start at your front hairline
   
2. Wrap the tape behind your ears
   
3. Bring it down to the nape of your neck
   
4. Continue around your head and back to the starting point
   

Keep the tape flat and snug, but not too tight. Record your full head circumference in inches.

Adjustable Fit

All wigs include adjustable straps and combs for a more secure and customized fit. This allows flexibility within each size range for added comfort and hold.

Tip

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort, as the adjustable straps allow you to tighten the wig if needed.

Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders placed on the website are subject to an 8-week processing window prior to shipment. Processing time refers to the time used to make your unit.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Changes

Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

2. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Delivered Packages

We do not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered.” If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and file a claim.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent to your email after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control or collect these fees.

Returns Policy

All wigs are made to order and customized to our signature standard following purchase.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective.

Wigs Cannot Be Returned If:

• The lace has been cut

• The wig has been worn, styled, or altered

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that the color of your unit may vary slightly. While we do our best to provide accurate photos, lighting, filters, and screen settings on phones and computers can affect how colors appear in person.

Texture Disclaimer

Any unit with a body wave look is a temporary style. The hair is naturally straight and has been styled using barrel curls. This texture will not be permanent and will gradually return to its natural straight state after washing or styling is removed.

Length Disclaimer

When choosing your desired hair length, please keep in mind that styling will affect the final result.

• Curling the hair can reduce the length by up to 4 inches

• For example, to achieve 26-inch curled hair, we recommend selecting 28–30 inch straight hair

How long does processing take?

Is the hair 100% raw human hair?

Yes. All wigs and bundles are made with 100% raw human hair that is unprocessed and only washed and conditioned.

What is the difference between customized and uncustomized wigs?

A customized wig is fully prepared and ready to wear with bleaching, customization, and styling completed.

An uncustomized wig comes in its natural state with no bleaching, plucking, or styling done.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes. The hair can be straightened, curled, and styled using heat tools just like natural hair.

Does the wig come pre-plucked?

Customized wigs come pre-plucked and styled. Uncustomized wigs do not come pre-plucked.

What cap size do you offer?

Our wigs come with adjustable straps and combs and typically fit head sizes between 21”–23”. XL sizes may also be available depending on selection.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request changes such as length, cap size, lace type, or customization options. After 24 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be changed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All wigs are made to order. We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives defective.

How do I measure my head for a wig?

Will the wig look exactly like the photos?

We aim for consistency, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, styling, and screen differences.

Can I wear the wig without glue?

Yes. Our wigs are designed with adjustable straps and combs for a secure glueless fit. Adhesive can be used for extra hold if desired.
